Role Description/ Requirements
Supervisor/ Shift Leader:
Minimum of two years management experience
40-45 hours per week
Hours are morning and late night include all weekends and holidays
Must be willing to assist in all aspects of management
Manager:
Hiring full-time Manager.
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will manage and train employees, handle administrative tasks, maintain inventory levels, and create schedules.
You will also help develop new promotions.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
Flexible schedule and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
