Job descriptions:
Cook
The cook position prepares high-quality organic flatbread pizza, salads and desserts, following Flatbread Company
recipes. Daily tasks include preparing dough, slicing, and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing
guests’ orders in consideration of special requests and food allergies and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld.
Busser
The bussing position is responsible for clearing tables and resetting them. Supporting servers with bringing up clean cups, utensils, and ice.
Dishwasher
The dishwashing position is responsible cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots etc.
Alos help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by mopping floors, taking out trash, maintaining correct sanitization levels with detergents.
Host
The host position is responsible for welcoming guest as they arrive, managing reservations and the waitlist, answering the phones, and seating guest. The host is the first point of contact for guest and set the tone for the dining experience and is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Pay
Cook $16 to $25 depending on experience plus tips
Busser $12.75 plus tips
Dishwasher $16
Host $12.75 plus tips
