Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and poke with consistency and creativity
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety standards
Assist with ordering, inventory, and kitchen prep as needed
Provide excellent service and presentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sushi chef (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
