Largest Food Service Provider seek talented, professional Executive Chef that not only can cook but can also lead a team of motivated culinary professionals to serve local, indigenous and global cuisines at large volume. This EC needs proven experience managing costs, purchasing local, achieving budget and balancing day to day needs like production records, inventory, ordering, meetings and safety. We are looking for a vibrant personality that is not afraid of hard work but also has finesse for fine dining and multiple high end catered affairs. Should be customer facing with the ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking.
Culinary Degree encouraged but not mandatory.
Understanding of local foods and local flavors but with creative use of indigenous and locally sourced foods critical.
ServSafe certified a plus but not required.
Must have solid handle on microsoft office programs.
Must love food and people.
