We are looking for an assistant cleaner for several vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona. We currently have a lead cleaner and are looking for someone who is interested a couple of days a week to pick up occasional cleans on our busy turnover days. This is not a full time job, but is perfect for someone who has a flexible schedule and wants to earn some money without having a set schedule.

We are a family operated small and growing vacation rental business in Kona, Hawaii. We strive to create beautiful unique spaces and provide guests with clean and comfortable rentals. We are building a close knit team where the atmosphere is friendly, fun, and casual, but the work still gets carried out to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities include:
Turning over houses, studios, condo, and rooms between guests
Laundry
We also ask that you:
Have active communication via our management phone app to view the schedule and tasks
Can legally work in the US (1099 contracted job)
Be able to provide references from past employers
Have your own reliable transportation and driver's license

Compensation:
Determined by the property cleaning fee. There is room for growth cleaning additional properties.
Schedule:
There is no set schedule, as work load depends on the guest calendar and what needs to be done on a given day. You would be assisting on the busy days, 1-3 days a week. Our working hours are between 10am-4pm. (check out/check in times for guests).
