Celebrating our 15th summer on Queen’s Surf Beach, Barefoot Beach Cafe is Honolulu’s favorite oceanfront gem, serving up delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner with live music nightly (5:30 PM–8:30 PM) and Sundays (10 AM–1 PM). Nestled at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki, we’re known for our affordable, mouthwatering dishes (loco moco, fresh fish, vegan options), stunning ocean views, and vibrant aloha spirit. With exciting new projects on the horizon, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and upbeat Cashiers to join our ohana!

What We’re Looking For:
Cashier/Servers:
- Handle transactions with speed and a smile, ensuring smooth operations.
- Strong math skills and POS system experience preferred.
- Deliver “amazing aloha” to every guest.
- Provide top-notch service in a high-energy, open-air setting.
- Prior food service experience a plus; ability to upsell and multitask required.
- Spread aloha with every interaction, from beachgoers to families.
Requirements:
- Reliable, friendly, and independent team players with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (we’re busy year-round!).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings (open 8 AM–9 PM).
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
