Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to multitask
- No previous experience required, but MUST be reliable and show up on time
- Open communicator who is comfortable interacting with high volumes of strangers
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of a fast-paced restaurant environment
Responsibilities:
- Know our menu front to back to answer questions and make recommendations
- Warmly greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant
- Be mindful of excessive talking, swearing, music volume
- Take accurate and complete orders in a friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Fulfill orders by giving customers the correct food
- Accurately handle cash and give correct change
- Stock all the sauces and paper goods
- Prepare beverages and desserts
