Sandwich Isle Bread Company is looking for a pastry assistant.
Must be able to work and collaborate as a team,and be willing to accept direction and feedback.
Being able to read and follow recipes independently is a must. Knowledge and experience are required but serious home bakers may apply. Basic repertoire of curds and pastry cream, tart and pie shell lining, making cupcakes and quickbreads is preferable.
Shifts vary. We're family friendly but applicant must be able to work reliably at least 5 of 7 days per week.
Must have correct documents for legal hiring. Reliable transportation. Various shifts.
