Three's Bar & Grill caters the Pacific Whale Foundation and Teralani boat operations and we are hiring for a Boat Operations Manager (4am to 12/2pm), plus manager required hours outside of this
Job Summary This job requires you to manage all aspects of the morning boat operation (including privates and holidays). This includes managing staff as well.
Accountability and Accuracy- You are to arrive daily on time at 4am. Delivery of snorkel trips is first priority. It is important to check the ACCURACY of the food and service ware being delivered. All items must be accounted for and of quality BEFORE leaving the restaurant. All deliverables must be signed off upon drop off.
Email and Fareharbor You are responsible for having a smartphone on you at all times and checking both final emails and Fareharbor for accurate passenger counts and special requests. Login credentials will be sent to you.
Other responsibilities include:
-Bulk Food Prep
-Fill out harbor worksheets.
-Complete am prep list.
-Move on to mid-day trip and OS cocktail setups.
-Lastly, assist the sous chef and prep team with finalizing house prep.
-PM weekend cocktail cruises: you are responsible for ensuring these cruises go out on time and accurately. You may be required to work later hours.
-Vehicle Maintenance/Gas
-Holidays – you will be required to plan, prep and potentially work holidays

Must have:
-drivers license
-clean driving record
-kitchen and management experience
