SAP Basis Admin

Job DescriptionAn enterprise client is seeking a new team meber to join their software group. The SAP Basis Administrator III is responsible for managing, installing, configuring, monitoring, tuning, and providing on-going Basis technical support for all SAP systems.SAP Environment Management: Install, maintain, configure, and tune SAP systems for stability and integrity.Daily Operations: Perform administration, monitoring, and health checks; troubleshoot and resolve issues.Continuous Improvement: Lead processes to enhance system performance and reliability.System Analysis: Analyze logs and performance metrics; recommend and implement improvements.System Maintenance: Conduct periodic refreshes and manage multi-landscape environments.Project Coordination: Lead projects, communicate status, and provide support during development and maintenance.Ticket Management: Handle and resolve a range of support tickets, from simple fixes to complex issues.Upgrades and Implementations: Plan and execute SAP upgrades and new implementations, collaborating with teams.Innovation and Training: Monitor new technologies, propose solutions, and train junior administrators.Staff Support: Provide feedback, recommend staffing, assist with budgets, and perform other staff functions.On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations for emergency problem resolution.Emergency Response: Engage in company emergency response activities as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
