The Parrish Collection is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented professional with experience in housekeeping or property management. We will train the right person provided they possess an eye for detail and desire to learn.
The main focus of our lead's role will be to thoroughly inspect the condition of our properties, identify any potential issues, and provide valuable recommendations for repairs and upkeep. You'll also ensure that our cleaning services meet our high standards, guaranteeing that each home is impeccably prepared for each check-in.
Exceptional time management skills are a must to excel in this position. We’ll rely on you to complete all inspections promptly and maintain a seamless workflow -even with a tight deadline.
Excellent communications skills also required as is the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with multiple parties.
Compensation is based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule will include weekends and some holidays.
