They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and various hotel departments. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of union processes, scheduling, and ordering.The hourly rate for this position is: $26 to $34What will I be doing:As the Housekeeping Executive Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provides the hotel executive with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones,

Maintaining appointment calendar

Prepares and maintains Excel spreadsheets tracking various programs including department training

Making travel arrangements, note-taking and other general office duties.

Opens incoming mail and distributes accordingly. Routes mail, faxes and other printed matter.

Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports, as directed.

Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment

Other duties assigned by management
