Hiring someone to manage our after school enrichment program
Approximately 25-30 kids
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring a structured environment that includes activities such as academic learning opportunities, art, stem, and sports.
Supporting all students, including a few with special needs.
Managing other staff and directing as needed
Communicating with parents, if needed
Engaging with students
Maintaining outdoor classroom area
Requirements:
Hours are 2:45-5:15 Monday-Friday
Must LOVE kids
Must have experience with kids
Must have strong classroom management skills
Must be open minded, loving, and nurturing
Must have full availability during school year (school breaks/summers off, although possibility of working at summer camps)
Must be team player and flexible
Must be background checked.
