Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill multiple positions including Captain, Deckhand, and Maintenance roles. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for all successful applicants. If you have a love for the water and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Captain: Safely operate and navigate vessels, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of local waterways.
Deckhand: Assist with the operation of the vessel, including mooring, anchoring, and maintaining cleanliness. Provide assistance to passengers as needed.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vessels and equipment. Ensure boats are in top condition for every voyage.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary - training will be provided.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Must be comfortable working on the water and in varying weather conditions.
