Job DescriptionFounded in 1921, Straub Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.Our team of trained gastroenterologists evaluates and treats esophageal, stomach, intestinal, bowel, liver and pancreatic disorders. These physicians are committed to bring relief to patients suffering from abdominal pain, ulcers, gallstones, bowel obstructions, liver ailments, intestinal inflammations and benign or malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, and can perform a wide variety of diagnostic tests, such as endoscopic examination of the area, biopsies or radiologic examinations.You could gain valuable first-hand clinical operations and health care experience as a Clinic Aide. In this role you would serve as a nursing assistant who performs routine tasks ranging from monitoring supplies to administering health care to patients of all ages to supporting departmental staff. Current Heart Saver-AED Card.
