About Buildings + Places: Our Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building and system engineering, urbanism, and planning (inclusive of landscape design), strategy +, economics, technology solutions, asset advisory, and cost and program management.  This diverse team assists our clients from strategy through project realization, creating positive outcomes for those who occupy and use the buildings and environments we help to create.  Our Michigan studio focuses on the Commercial/Corporate, Science and Technology, Higher Education, and Federal market sectors.  We look to combine beauty, sustainability, resiliency, equity, and innovation in our projects and believe these values can be instilled in any project regardless of size or budget.  AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for the Honolulu, HI office.This position is expected to begin in May 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Builds analytic and design skills.Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.Performs work per agreed budget and schedule under supervision.
