Seek architect or structural engineer to get plans permitted in Honolu

Looking for an individual who has experience having building plans successfully accepted by Honolulu DPP. I have 2 projects. One is fully designed and one is not yet drawn. Neither is in a format required to apply for permit. The second project (the one not yet designed) is to tear down my separate building carport, and replace it with a carport with an ADU above it. This building will be quite simple a rectangular layout above the carport. Depending on cost, I am open to having that project designed entirely, consulting with me. If you have experience making plans and having them permitted by DPP in Honolulu, and are open to working in this budget-minded fashion, I am interested. I will pay a fair rate for your work. I am an engineer (electrical/chemical). When young, I worked as a house framer, cornish carpenter, and sheetrocker. I do all of my electrical and have passed inspections on past jobs. I will do most of the work on the building, and sub-out plumbing, concrete work and sheetrocking. I need your experience at creating plans that will be accepted.
