Must be able to pass a Mandatory Drug test
Acting tour guide for zipline, ATV & Cultural E-bike tours
Selling additional services and products.
Fitting harness and helmets correctly and ensuring the safe and proper use of all equipment.
Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
Assuring the safety and well being of guests throughout each tour.
Performing course rescues.
Educating guests about the history of The Umauma Experience.
Conducting complete inspections of all course components and gear.
Assisting with course maintenance efforts.
Attending required meetings and training.
Upon completion of the zipline guide training and working as a zipline guide you will be eligible for a pay increase
