Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced first mate to work on the Manta Adventures boat, supporting Manta Ray night snorkel trips. Trips run nightly, allowing for a flexible work schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and task-focused, and have a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
There will be future opportunities to learn and work on any of the four Reel Escapes boats.
Compensation: Per trip pay based on trip length, tips, and regular pay increases.
