We are searching for support for Dirty Alchemy, an online business based here on Maui that supports spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, and healers around the world. We blend business strategy with Nature-based wisdom, magic, and a little bit of witchcraft. If that excites you (and doesn’t freak you out), read on.
We’re hiring a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our small, heart-led team — especially with customer service and inbox management. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our students and clients, so kindness, clarity, and reliability are key.

The Role
- Respond to customer support emails (Mon–Fri)
- Help manage my business inbox (Mon–Fri)
- Follow up on failed student payments
- Keep things flowing behind the scenes
You Must Be:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable — you do what you say you’ll do
- A warm, thoughtful communicator
- Tech-savvy and self-directed
- Emotionally steady (some emails can be a lot)
- Open-minded and comfortable working for a witchy, spiritual business
Bonus If You:
- Have 2+ years in customer service or admin work (especially online)
- Know your way around Kajabi, SamCart, Google Suite, Zoom, Canva, etc.
- Are familiar with the coaching/spiritual/wellness world
Job Type & Logistics
- Freelance / Contractor (1099)
- 5 hours/week to start (can grow)
- Fully remote (Founder lives on Maui, but you can be on any island)
- $20–$25/hr depending on experience
- You’ll need your own computer + reliable internet
