Duties include:
Answering Phones
Email Communication
Scheduling business hours and afterhours
Dispatch calls and service
Accounts Receivables & Collections
Filing and clerical work
Ordering and verifying inventory
Assisting 1 project manager
Tracking jobs
Software used:
Word/Excel
ServiceTitan (will train)
Quickbooks
Human Resource Portal
