We are conducting interviews Tuesday January 7th, Wednesday January 8th and Thursday January 9th
No experience necessary!
We will train you!
Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation
Must pass drug test and criminal background
Must be on island and able to commute to Kapolei
Our Customer Service Technician / Office Admin provides valuable support to both our internal customers (our team) and external customers (our clients). Handling incoming/outbound calls, emails, texts and other communications. Following up on leads, sales tracking and providing technician support, for appointment setting. Addressing customer concerns and complaints with Aloha. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as invoices, receivables, collections and general administrative support to the branch team. It is a friendly but fast paced “ohana” team environment. To service our customers our office team is fully trained on our ServSuite Data Program. This is the hub of our daily activities and administrative applications.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 – Pay is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
