Join our experienced water sports team and work in a premiere south shore resort poolside setting. If you like to work outdoors and have excellent customer service skills, we may have a position for you. Assisting guests with their water sports needs and having fun doing it is our business. Individuals must have good communication and organizational skills, be professional, responsible and have some island knowledge and ocean experience. Guest safety and satisfaction are our goals.
Duties include:
Renting equipment such as snorkel gear, body boards, surfboards, beach
chairs, stand up paddle boards, bicycles, etc.
Providing water safety briefing with equipment rental
Retail sales of all-natural sun care products, logo wear, beach items, etc.
Booking of companies' surf lessons, SUP lessons and outrigger canoe rides
Providing resort guests with beach and pool towels
Basic math, office, computer and organizational skills
The position is Part-time and applicants must be able to work either Saturday & Sunday and one weekday or Sunday and two to three weekdays. For the right individual, Assistant Manager position is possible with higher wage. Please email resume with your response. Mahalo.
