We’re building Life Pilot — a groundbreaking, visually immersive life-planning platform that reimagines how people set goals, manage priorities, and stay inspired. Think: a “cockpit view” of your future, blending productivity, gaming, and real-life transformation.
We have a working demo, patents filed, and are moving toward a global launch. Now we’re looking for a local Executive Assistant to help keep our founder and team on track as we grow.
This is not a standard 9-to-5 job. It’s a unique opportunity to join early, take real ownership, and share in the upside. Part of your compensation will be in equity — meaning if we succeed, you succeed too.
What you’ll do:
Help organize schedules, priorities, and communications
Assist with investor outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
Keep projects and tasks moving forward on tight timelines
Be a second brain to the founder — anticipating needs, solving problems, and making things happen
What we’re looking for:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
Comfortable with tech and learning new tools quickly
Strong communicator (email, phone, in-person)
Trustworthy and committed — you’ll be working closely with the founder
Excited by startups and willing to take some risk for big potential reward
Compensation:
Part equity + part cash (to be discussed)
Flexible schedule, mix of remote + in-person (local candidates preferred)
