The Property Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee the financial aspects of a portfolio of diversified properties. The objective is to ensure the safety of tenants, well-maintained buildings and grounds; and achieve maximum return for our client's investments. The job entails: -
- Provide excellent service to our clients, tenants, and vendors.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance; manage capital and tenant improvement projects.
- Obtain bids from third-party vendors, analyze bids, and make recommendations for selection.
- Administer tenant leases to ensure compliance.
- Conduct new tenant orientation, complete tenant move-in and move-out procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports, annual budget, reconciliations and other required reporting.
- Process invoices for payment processing and monitor budget vs actual expense variances.
- Monitor rent collection and delinquencies
The Property Manager will be a passionate and friendly professional who enjoys problem-solving and a team environment, communicates efficiently verbally and in writing, pays attention to details, follows through, and stays organized. Good computer skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word. Real estate license and real estate office experience are a plus. At least 3 years in real estate management with some accounting exposure, and a customer service environment preferred. A 4-year college degree will be helpful.
