We are looking for a smart friendly professional to take over our office management position. Job entails a lot of hats including customer service with parents and children, selling of dancewear, managing enrollment of students, computer skills and organizational skills are a must, answering emails, writing skills, assistance with planning our productions, attending and working front of the house theater events. Grant writing a plus but not necessary for our non-profit organization. There is a lot of leadership, multi-tasking, and connections with people.
We are looking for the right person who enjoys the atmosphere we have created, and we appreciate the work being done. We all work as a team therefore it is a nice place to be. At this time, this job is 30 hours a week. However, this is flexible pending on personal needs.
