Summary
Ensures customer retention and profitability in this profit center by recruiting, hiring, training, and measuring salesperson’s performance and establishing customer focused sales standards, along with meeting all OEM requirements. Works with Executive Manager, to ensure proper operation of all department and facility maintenance.
Works with Executive Management in establishing goals and objectives and ensures goals and objectives are met.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
