We have a full-time Director of Restoration opening in Kaka'ako. Schedule must be flexible to support a 24/7 operation.
Duties include: overseeing restoration department, interacting with customers, business development, budgeting, maintaining customer satisfaction, training and development, etc. Must have excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel and able to communicate effectively with customers in-person and via phone. Previous experience with Xactimate, XACT analysis, DASH and MICA and restoration a plus. IICRC Certification preferred, but not required. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver license. Please indicate salary requirements on resume.
