Responsibilities of a Tax Senior would include:
full responsibility for compilation and tax engagements with minimum supervision,
training and supervising associate accountants assigned to engagements,
serving as an instructor or discussion leader in educational programs,
participating in the firms marketing activities.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting,
150 credit hours are required to be considered,
a CPA license is a bonus but not required,
proficient in Word, Excel and core tax software,
able to manage workflow and priorities,
committed to excellence and high standards,
versatile, flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities and work settings
