We are a financial firm looking for an Accountant to join our team. We provide tax services, both individual and business, as well as bookkeeping / payroll, business investments, and financial planning.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking and time management skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Qualifications:
At least two years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
Prior administrative or clerical work experience
Customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities:
Assist with tax preparation when required
Assist with general office duties, phone calls, emails, text messages, scheduling appointments
Bookkeeping duties: bank reconciliation, GET payments, federal and state filings
Pay based on experience.
Yearly pay increase, bonus
