We manage several shopping centers on Oahu.
Fulltime 40 hours, nonexempt
Process cash receipts
Process monthly billings for 7 properties – about 80 tenants in total.
Cut ap checks weekly.
Prepare monthly journal entries
Prepare closing and monthly financials for 7 properties.
Assist with preparing annual budget templates
Assist with preparing annual CAM reconciliations for commercial properties.
MRI software and People Soft experience preferred but will train.
Proficient in all MS products
Able to 10-key punch
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Three-five years progressive accounting experience
