About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):10About the Role:The Team:S&P Global's Wall Street Office is an industry leader in leveraged loan and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis. The Managed Services team provides core general ledger support and processing for our clients’ $850B+ on the platform across a range of services and integrated data and software offerings.Responsibilities and Impact:This position requires a flexible individual who is analytical and possesses strong communication skills. The position involves dealing with various levels of management, both internal to S&P Global as well as external clients to the firm. The successful candidate must be organized, capable of addressing inquiries on time, and also possess acute problem-solving skills.
Lead and motivate the team to generate new ideas and create efficiencies
Create weekly dashboards to review and track progress on the team’s metrics
Provide in-depth analysis to management where the team fell short on internal/external SLA’s, along with proposed remediation plans to correct going forward
Organize, construct and present key performance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI) to management and senior management as the overall team owner
Monitor FreshDesk (mail flow system) response times across the team to ensure client obligations are being met on time
Audit emails with attachments to ensure the correct recipient to eliminate data breaches
Keep track of Integration Utility (internal software system) daily to make sure assets are subscribed and updated to help prevent delays in processing
Conduct weekly meetings with the team to share knowledge and create accountability
Provide detailed processing guidance to others on the team to help support analytical development
Support team members with client calls and provide feedback on how to improve and build client relationships
Represent their team in the internal Ideas Committee board, collecting product and process improvements from all team members; help prioritize enhancements to be in line with WSO Product Board roadmap and overall team strategy
Compensation/Benefits Information:S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is 61,846.00 to $110,130.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. BA or BS or equivalent experience
WSO/LoanIQ/Syndicated Loan experience
Ability to work Hybrid in Dallas or U.S. remote
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting / Finance Major preferred
WSO loans processing knowledge
Leadership experience between 2 – 10 years
