Jody D. Peterman, LLC., is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal
Full-time position 8-5 and willingness to work longer hours and weekends if needed
Salary - high end for Middle & South Georgia
Benefits include PTO & 401K.
Qualifications:
Ability to deal with a high-pressure work environment
Experience with Plaintiffs personal injury law firm, at least 3 years
Experience in criminal defense preferred
A bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate is required
The ability to review, organize and control related documents
Proficient with computer technology
Good written and oral communication skills
Thorough understanding of the litigation process
Ability to maintain a high-volume case load with extensive deadlines
Ability to draft lawsuits
Ability to write briefs
Ability to prep for trials
Solid work history
