Ideal candidate should have the following skills/experience:
Technology:
Fluent in Revit, including creation and management of Revit software and tools
Experienced in 3D modeling and creation of photorealistic renderings
Experienced in the use of AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
Experienced in the use of Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Microsoft Project
Experience (minimum 3 years for each):
Creation of architectural construction documents, including coordination of all engineering disciplines
Review of construction submittals & shop drawings
Construction Administration
Creation of architectural specifications
Research of and compliance with current building and life safety codes
Eligibility:
Must be able to pass background checks to obtain required security clearances for:
Department of Defense
Department of Corrections
Department of Juvenile Justice
Responsibilities:
Production and management of projects from start to completion of construction
Meeting with clients and project stakeholders
Coordination of various engineers related to each project
Research and review of current building and life safety codes
Creation of schematic, design development and construction documents using Revit
Creation of architectural specifications
3D modeling
Construction administration to include review of submittals and shop drawings, job site inspections
General:
Ability to manage ones time and tasks to adhere to required project schedules
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism and attention to detail
