Client Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Client Onboarding Manager. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the entire client onboarding process. You will ensure that all required documentation is collected, all fields are accurately completed in the system, and all internal teams involved in the process are communicated with effectively. You will also ensure that new clients are equipped with all the necessary information to log into the system and begin using our services.Key Responsibilities:Document Collection & Verification: Collect all required documents as predefined by the company and ensure they are complete and accurate.System Data Entry & Correction: Fill in and verify all necessary fields in the system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.Internal Collaboration: Communicate with relevant internal teams (such as compliance, etc) to ensure all necessary steps in the onboarding process are completed and approved.Final Approval & Account Setup: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather final approvals for onboarding and open appropriate client accounts.Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients to provide them with login details, explain basic system functionality, and offer guidance on using the system. Provide information about key contact points such as support, sales, and trading units.Reporting: Regularly report to your supervisor with statistical data on the number of clients onboarded, any bottlenecks or issues, and overall progress in the onboarding process.
