Responsibilities:
Helps maintain a safe and organized workspace
Communicates with Service Advisors and Technicians to facilitate quick turn around
Communicates with Service Advisor regarding detail services, repairs and estimates for timely completion
Performs all vehicle details to our high standards while working to keep up with pace of sales team
Identifies, manages and orders all detailing department products & equipment
Facilitates and performs all detailing department duties
Manages schedules and needed staff for department to run effectively during dealership hours of operation
Requirements:
Prior experience as a detailer manager
Fantastic communication skills with your customers and internal team
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
