Job Description:
We are seeking a recruiter to join our team! You will search for laborers to work in poultry processing plants for our clients. You will source, find, organize and onboard the necessary production workers for large poultry facilities throughout the area. This job's main recruiting goal is the pursuit of the best people fit for the position found within the surrounding communities. It is a relentless pursuit of the best candidates for these important production jobs our clients need to keep their business running
The candidate for this job will already have an established base of production workers that pay a commission. We are looking for someone who can maintain this group and recruit/grow the base of temporary employees throughout the Harrisonburg area.
