JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an individual with a strong controls and automation background to support a high-investment, innovation-driven facility in Savannah. This role will focus on troubleshooting PLCs and supporting new automated equipment currently in operation, including conveying systems, palletizing systems, a robotic cell, and 6-axis robotic arms.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Diagnose and resolve issues involving wiring, sensors, control systems, and visual systems. Strong, hands-on experience with PLCs such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens. Must be able to open programs, upload/download from PLCs, and read logic and sequences to identify and correct faults. Background working with automated equipment such as robotics, AGVs, conveyors, and palletizing systems.
Shift Schedule:
2nd shift, M-F 3pm-11am
Compensation:
$34 to $43 per year hourly wage.
