Some Responsibilities Would be:
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Organizing meetings and appointments
Manage calendar and appointment scheduling
Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
Reminding CMA and CM of important tasks/deadlines
Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, supplies, and clients
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
All so help with a come back after the C-19 new ways in doing business and start a benefit program
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must possess knowledge and experience with working in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, first rate customer service skills and a professional appearance are required.
This job has a high call volume
Only 2 to 3 days a week can lead to more daysand hours
I repeat - Only 2 to 3 days a week
Monday - Thursday 11.30 pm to 4.30 pm (30 Min Break)
or
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am to 2 pm (30 Min Break)
May have to cover call ins shift 8.00 to 4.30 pm (Some days for call ins)
