Recruiting Specialist

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team In this role, you will support the successful and needs-based hiring of open positions while collaborating closely and confidentially with all relevant stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the full-cycle recruiting process – from needs assessment and job posting creation to identifying cross-functional talent potentialScreen and evaluate incoming applications, conduct (video) interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring processAct as a sparring partner for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, while also serving as the primary point of contact for candidatesContribute to employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at job fairs and helping organize recruitment-related eventsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting and employer branding processes and actively support their operational implementation
