Injection Molding Technician (Process)

Systematic problem solving and optimization of all injection molding tasks (man, machine, method, environment, material) including the sustainable implementation of corrective measures in the event of repeated errors to ensure trouble-free production operations.Setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce plastic parts.Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.Changing out molds, completing setups, and repairing molds.Monitoring and preparing support equipment, such as dryers, color feeders, etc.Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.Perform Mold cleaning and process documentation.Contribute to highly productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.Work with Team Leader on line clearance and 5S.Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.Maintain good documentation practices.Cooperation with internal production areas and other interfaces (e.g. injection molding, quality, TCC/SEC, PCU, etc.)Participation in FMEAs according to specificationsParticipation in machine and peripheral specificationsSupport of transfer projects according to specificationsInternal contact person (e.g. for managers, customer service)Depending on the project focus: Assumption of the PLP role in projects with TCC/SEC
