Systematic problem solving and optimization of all automation tasks, development and collaboration on smart automation projects in assembly.All tasks of the function must always be interpreted in the context of cooperation with superiors, production departments and the respective responsible departments in the company.Analyzing the main causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defectsDerivation of specific measures and projects for the causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defectsMeasures to achieve and stabilize the target KPIs (OEE, CNQ) Independent implementation of specific measures and projects to optimize the processes used in ongoing production. This is done in terms of production and automation technology from a qualitative and economic point of viewPlanning, initiating and monitoring automation projects.Testing, proposing and implementing new production processes and systems, taking into account operational requirements as well as qualitative and economic aspectsCarrying out change control procedures for technical or product-related change Creating technical documentation (technical instructions, maintenance plans, operating instructions)Technical contact person for customers and various suppliers. Internal technical contact (e.g. for managers, customer service)Participation in discussions with project teams on topics such as GMS, SCRAP initiatives, etc.Software-side source code reviewKnowledge of various programming languages and their application (C, C, HTML, flow language)
