Job Description
We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to children in their homes, working closely with families to create a nurturing and supportive environment. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, monitoring patient health, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
Skills Required and Qualifications
G-tube care
Bowel / bladder care
Nebulized medication administration and chest physiotherapy
Wound care
Blood glucose monitoring
Valid RN license in the state of GA
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Pediatric nursing experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of children and their families.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Educate families on patient care and health management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the patients and their families.
