Centralized Routing Administrator

As Centralized Routing Administrator, you’ll ensure that customers’ needs are met by preparing driver routes for 4 – 5 operation locations, factoring in operational capacities, customer urgency, and available resources.  Establish and oversee productivity, service and safety targets for route and driver.  Specifically, you will:Review weekly demand, volume and capacity for routes, determine potential gains from re-routing, and recommend re-routes to optimize service and efficiency.Set and monitor productivity, service, and safety targets for each route and driverPrioritize, plan, distribute, monitor, and follow up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreementsResolve missed pick-ups, additional pick-ups and urgent customer requestsDevelop and implement programs for optimal equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, and labor and material costsMonitor driver time and attendance, minimizing overtime and ensure that drivers do not exceed limits established by regulatory agencies
