We’re looking for individuals who can engage potential customers with an approachable and conversational tone to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to introduce Common Waste's services to businesses and homeowners.
Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to generate new leads ("logos").
Clearly communicate the value of CW’s waste management solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and approachable phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
