Great construction company has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant.
Job duties include:
Generating Purchase Orders
Assisting with compiling contracts
Assisting with scheduling
Creating and working with spreadsheets
Creating business letters and correspondences
File maintenance on sub-contractors
Email marketing
Qualifications:
High School diploma or Equivalent required, College Degree is preferred
2+ years of experience in the clerical/administrative field
Intermediate experience in Excel
Proficient in Word
Social media skills
M-F (Open to discussing a 4-Day work week). Pay depends on experience.
