job detailsA medical device company located in the Lithia Springs area is currently seeking candidates for their Technical Repair Department. This position involves repairing, calibrating, conducting diagnostic tests, and accurately documenting repair details in Excel.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with working hours Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a pay rate of $20 per hour.If you are interested in this position, please email your updated resume to schedule a phone or video interview.salary: $19.99 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, testing, and repair of products in accordancewith approved service manuals and company specifications (i.e. system calibrations) Ability to troubleshoot device failure (CPAP and APAP) to sub-assembly level using servicemanuals and service software, various tools, and test equipment (i.e., flow meter, manometer,digital voltage meter, and oscilloscope) and provide clearly written recommendations regardingrepair of equipment Document all technical findings and customer-reported problems in the complaint trackingdatabase, including the resolution recommended, and the process taken towards resolution Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding complaint handling processes, serviceentitlement verification, and problem escalation Maintain adherence to knowledge base of trends, and ability to stay up to date with all technicalspecifications and notifications on wide variety of ResMed productsThe essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
