Equal Plus Consulting has been engaged to search for a IT Sr. Systems Administrator to work on-site for a client based in Lawrenceville, GATitle: IT Sr. Systems AdministratorStart Date: ASAPTerm: 12 monthsLocation: Lawrenceville, GA on-siteSchedule: Mon-Fri – 8:00-5:00Candidates must be local and be able to interview and work onsite. The position is responsible for administration, management, configuration, documentation, report writing, scripting, design and end-user support and testing of the Business Solutions applications. Experience:Excellent Customer Service in Face to Face, Telephone or electronic interaction with clients.Good language and communication skills, problem solving5 years experience in C# required5 years experience in scripting language requiredProfessional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale information technology environmentExpert in SQL database including queries, updates, stored proceduresApplication design and configurationApplicable programming principles and/or languagesSystem/Application development processesProject management principlesApplication Development processes and toolsAnalytical methodsCode, Test, and Debug programsAnalyzing processes, information, and dataIdentify, research and resolve complex technical issuesDocument proceduresCommunicate technical information to a non-technical audienceGood understanding of computer support and trouble shootingAbility to work in a team and independently Responsibilities:Utilize and manage SQL server databasesProjects: Initiation, planning, design, deploymentPrepare documentation and standard operating procedureProvides advice and guidance to end users regarding incidentsIdentify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systemsIdentify potential changes and system improvements to present to Business Solutions Supervisor for consideration and implementationEnsure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelinesMaintain ticketing system with up to date solutions and clear record of activitiesExplain and document technical issues in a clear way to end users
