Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role DefinitionLeads a team of launch coordinators and project management professionals who are assigned to manage the launch-phase of multiple complex programs or projects.Responsibilities Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors. Also, directs day to day work assignments while coaching, mentoring and setting priorities. Requires broad experience in Project Management tools and processes, and ability to: facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, develop / validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions. Designing, establishing and monitoring the organization's project management goals.
