Data Engineer

Link Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.Must be a US Citizen Clearance required (Active or Interim)Remote Permitted (on-site preferred)The Data Engineer will support the Army’s Southeast Region Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) in developing and managing scalable data pipelines and advanced data integration capabilities. This role is critical to enabling real-time decision-making through the modernization of cloud and on-premises data architectures. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Job Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as Apache NiFi, Azure Data Factory, and AWS Glue.Support transition and integration of data lakes/warehouses across Azure, AWS, and DoD cloud environments.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance across hybrid data platforms.Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define data structures and ingestion strategies.Ensure compliance with DoD data governance, encryption, and RMF policies.Provide documentation for data workflows, data models, and transformation logic.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
